February Announcements

It's always surprising how quickly January passes. This year things feel like they're moving especially quickly, with Ash Wednesday sharing the 14th with Valentine's Day. That's not the earliest Ash Wednesday can fall (that would be February 4th) but it sure makes it feel like the year is just zooming along!

The passing of days bring more programs for us here at the library. Please scroll down to see everything we have planned. We even wedged an extra Thursday Movie Matinee into the month since it's a Leap Year! If you have teens in your life, check out our Young Adult programs page for information on new programs.

It's not too late to participate in our Beanstack Challenge for 2024. "Adventure Is Out There" challenges you to take a step out of your comfort zone and out of your front door to explore the world around you! Click on the image above to sign up and begin your adventure. Many of you have already checked out books from the display in the fiction room. Pick up a paper copy of the challenge and track your reading today.

On a less fun front, we once again have the 1040 & 1040SR federal tax forms and instruction booklets available near the library entrance. The state no longer sends out bulk orders of Pennsylvania tax forms, but you can download and print additional forms. Printing costs apply. Alternatively, you may call 1-888-PATAXES (1-888-728-2937) to leave a message to have forms mailed to you.
