Obituary Request Form

Obituary requests will be answered within a week. There is a charge of $5 per request. The information will be emailed to the address given below. If a physical copy is needed, please mention this in the comment section and include your physical address.

All genealogical information is available to be searched by the public when the library is open. This includes the Record-Argus, Ancestry.com and Newspapers.com, which must be accessed in the library, and Heritage Quest Online, which can be accessed remotely through our home page.
