Notebook book club

Inspired by postal book clubs, in which members read a selection then ship it on to the next person in the club, we are starting a notebook book club to supplement our Classics Book Club.

We'll provide a notebook, you provide a copy of the book that will be passed around to each book club member. Write your thoughts about the book and why you picked it in the notebook and bring them to the library. We will take care of getting the book and notebook to the next person on the list.

Once you receive one of the books, you read it, record your reactions in the notebook, and return it to the library. We'll keep the book going through each member of the book club after a quarantine period, while you receive the next book and notebook.

If you'd be interested in participating in a notebook book club but aren't interested in classic books, reply to this email. If we have enough interest in this type of book club, we can have more than one!
