Inktober

Inktober is a challenge that provides drawing prompts for each day of the month of October. Artists (or doodlers) share their efforts though the #Inktober hashtag.

We at the library want to challenge you to participate in Inktober this year. While you might feel like you don't have the right tools or the greatest skills, the point of this challenge is to get you creating and using your brain in new ways (What Happens In Your Brain When You Make Art). You can participate with a ballpoint pen and a scrap of paper.

For more information, check out the Inktober website. If you do take part, share your work with us on Twitter @gaplibrary, stop by the library, or email us. We'd love to highlight some of your work with a display at the library.
