White Bird: A Wonder Story tells the story of Julian's grandma's childhood as she, a Jewish girl, was hidden by a family in a Nazi-occupied French village during World War II and how the boy she once shunned became her savior and best friend. Ms. Salena will provide thought provoking activities and discussion questions to go along with the book.  One book per child will be provided. Once we will finish the book the group will go see the big screen adaptation! For grades 4 - 6. Starts Sept. 13.
